2. What data we collect
None. Phorder does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal information. There are no analytics SDKs, no crash reporters, no advertising identifiers, and no user accounts.
3. Permissions we request and why
- Camera — required to take photos and videos. Without this permission the app cannot function.
- Microphone — required for video capture with audio. Only active while recording video.
- Photo Library (iOS) / Storage (Android) — required to save captured photos and videos to your device gallery.
- Vibration (Android) — used for haptic feedback on certain UI actions.
None of the content captured through these permissions is transmitted anywhere. It is saved locally on your device only.
4. In-app purchase
The one-time purchase of "Lifetime Access" ($9.99) is processed entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play. CreaZona does not receive or store your payment details. The purchase state is stored encrypted on your device using the operating system's secure storage.
To verify your purchase without a server, the app uses Apple App Attest (iOS) and Google Play Integrity (Android) — standard platform APIs that confirm the app is running on a genuine, unmodified device. These APIs do not reveal your identity to us.
5. Device integrity checks
On iOS, we use DCAppAttestService (Apple App Attest). On Android, we use the Google Play Integrity API. Both are used solely to derive the encryption key for local purchase state storage. No data from these checks is sent to any CreaZona server — there is no CreaZona server.
6. Third-party services
Phorder does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only third-party components are the Apple and Google platform APIs described above, which are governed by their respective privacy policies.
7. Children's privacy
Phorder does not collect data from anyone, including children under 13 (COPPA) or children under 16 (GDPR). The app is rated 4+ / Everyone.
8. Data retention and deletion
Because we collect no data, there is nothing to retain or delete. Your photos are stored in your device's native photo library and can be deleted at any time using your device's standard photo management tools.
Your purchase state is stored locally in encrypted storage on your device. Uninstalling the app removes this data. Your purchase can always be restored free of charge via the "Restore Purchase" option in the app.
9. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
If you are in the European Economic Area or California, you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Since we hold no personal data, these rights are satisfied automatically. If you have questions, contact us at the address below.
10. Changes to this policy
If we ever change this policy in a material way, we will update the effective date above and post the new version at the same URL. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
